The Sevier River Retreat sits on 9 acres surrounded by the Sevier River on 3 sides, and close to Bryce Canyon and Zion. It was entirely renovated, decorated and furnished in 2015 with an industrial/farm style mixing wood and metal. The house features accents of barnwood (most of it from the property itself) and many of the furniture pieces and lighting fixtures were custom made from local artisans using reclaimed barnwood.
